How much time will the order last?

Delivery time will depend on the type of shipment selected. In general, the delay is between 1 and 7 business days after payment is confirmed.

The shipping cost will be shown based on the total purchase and location, at checkout, at the time prior to purchase.

Undelivered orders

Two attempts will be made to deliver the order by the company. If an order is sent and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, it will be returned to the corresponding deposit and the amount paid for shipping costs will not be returned, having to pay other shipping costs again for the resendment of the merchandise. .

Responsibility for deadlines and carrier

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send the package.

The liability of CEO DINES is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather phenomena that prevent normal traffic). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible.

Shipping rules and restrictions

Branch withdrawals

In the case of Withdrawal at Branch, you will be asked to present the DNI of the owner of the purchase and the card with which it was paid if applicable. Furthermore, for products of the Armed Forces or Security, the credential will also be requested.

If you send someone to pick up, you must present the data through any of our contact methods and add the full name and ID number of the person who will pick up.

What is the deadline to make a change?

You can request an exchange up to 15 days after the purchase is made. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer except in cases of product failure, in which the warranty will apply and we will reduce shipping.

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?

Contact us immediately through any of our contact methods and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.


The customer may cancel the purchase of a product without giving reason within 30 days of making the purchase.


The User may cancel an order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. For this you must contact us within 24 hours of making the purchase.

If the purchase is canceled completely, the amount in Pesos will be refunded through the payment method used to pay.


The products are warranted on a limited basis against design and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not extend to damage or deterioration caused by inappropriate use or treatment of the items according to their destination.


To manage an exchange or return, you will always have to contact our Customer Service team. We will accompany you in the process and provide you with the necessary steps to carry it out.

Changes are subject to stock availability and our Customer Service team must verify said availability at the time of your request. Changes will be accepted within 30 calendar days after receipt or withdrawal of the product.

You must first return the original product to receive the new product or the corresponding refund.

Cases not contemplated

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products found:

  • Used
  • Without its original packaging (boxes, plastics, etc.)

Attention: The product that does not meet the conditions that were already mentioned will not be authorized for exchanges or returns, and will automatically be returned to the address of origin. 


In cases of returns, you can use it to make other purchases on our site or it will remain as credit to make future purchases. In no case will there be a refund of the freight value.

All products on the site are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 3 months and the scope of this is clarified in its description. To make the guarantee effective, you must send the product to our office with its respective purchase invoice. We will inspect the product to determine if the problem is covered by the warranty and the opinion will be sent to you, a process that lasts approximately 10 business days. The warranty does not apply to failures or defects caused by accident, negligence or misuse of the product.
